Aabboo
Aabboo was formerly named Supemi.
It’s a skeleton theme I developed for personal use and am releasing for anyone who’s interested.
It’s a text-only minimalist design with widget-ready bottom sidebar, optional right sidebar, and full validation (accessibility, CSS, XHTML. You can check it out in the footer).
I designed it to have everything you might need while keeping it light. That included: search on top for those who don’t know what they’re looking for, stripping out unnecessary repetitive navigation that only confused users, paring it down to essential files only, and using unpaginated archives (they return full results on query). It’s heavily commented for beginners who want to start tweaking. Unsurprisingly, it’s started from Sandbox and also uses code from Kubrick.
